No agency relationship from using the site
Browsing this site or submitting a form does not make Houxo your agent. A brokerage relationship begins only when you and Houxo sign a written agreement.

SMS Terms (text messages)
Houxo Real Estate text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
What you will receive
When you opt in, Houxo Real Estate may text you about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, showing and transaction updates, and answers to your questions. If you agreed to marketing messages, we may also send occasional real estate offers, such as new listings and market updates.
How you opt in
You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on houxo.com and submitting it, or by texting us first or asking one of our agents to text you. The consent box is never checked for you and is not required to submit a form or to work with us.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your activity, for example how often you are scheduling showings or how far along your transaction is. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL). We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then we will stop texting you. To start again, reply START or ask us.

Other terms
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You confirm you are the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provide, and that you are at least 18.
- If you change or give up your phone number, please text STOP from it first or let us know.
- Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your text messaging opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
